I worked with Paul for years at IBM. He was truly a gentle giant, and I still can't get my head around the fact that he is gone, and especially the truly senseless way in which it happened. I randomly ran into him a few months ago, as he was now working in Kendall Square, we made plans to grab lunch, which, unfortunately, we never did. Rest in peace, "Doctor".
