The road bike got a good workout today--45mi ride at 19mph--and it was through the Harvard hills, too. Arm felt pretty good, so it might even be time to try rowing soon. Tomorrow--Walden Pond.

In his defense, that's my phone, and Hash is talking about tomorrow's practice.
