Margaret's P3C found a new owner today(I got to keep the pedals). It's better off being on the road, and I am better off not seeing it every day, but it's still a sad day. I guess ultimately that bike was symbol of what could have been, but never was, so letting it go is part of that whole healing thing. And besides, in a strange coincidence, Margaret's bike is now... Margaret's bike. The new owner turned out to be a namesake. Good luck to you both!

St. Patricks Cathedral can be pretty intimidating sometimes.

MJ rowing by RBC last week. You can actually see the puddles from the previous stroke on both sides of the boat. Due to work, weather, and workout schedule I haven't taken a single picture since I got back from Michigan on Sunday. This might a record for 2009.
Correction: As Pete astutely pointed out, those are probably puddles from the recovery (read the comments). Still looks cool, but I should probably know better. :)

It got a little foggy on Sunday morning in Michigan.

Scullingfool went multi-state this weekend. Hash shot the foot with the spare camera, while I toured the Midwest.

Even though it was a pretty lame game, the whole experience was still pretty cool.

The Michigan 1V at the Wolverbuck--good to see at least one Michigan team take care of business today. Some of our keen readers may recognize the bowman. :)

One of my favorite shots of the weekend--Meg was the first boat across the line, and as result got to row on perfectly glassy water. Earning that water the hard way with the top 6k from the day before makes it that much cooler.

And now, it becomes clear why the font on the back of the shirt is what it is. My apologies to the unknown member of the women's team who was clearly puzzled by why we made Pete stand next to her.
Bonus wildlife shot. With the mascot on the scene, it's no wonder Steve won.

Saturday started off with lunch with Mom and Dad at John's Pizza on 44th and 8th.
Continued with a visit to the Upper West Side. Little Tony's definitely getting taller! Also is far more difficult to capture with a camera.
And concluded with watching Metallica play at MSG. Good times.

Bonus wildlife shot! It's kind of cool that the highlights in the fur match the "highlights" in the tree bark. Talk about your perfect camouflage.

Don't worry Cam, even I am not sure who that is. But you could try to guess anyway. :)

Mmmm... Seat racing.. Or Foot preparation. Either way, lots of aggression.

Kicking it old school this morning.. And if you are wondering what that means, take a look at the first three years of the blog.

Diebold, you are an asshole when you are drunk. Mike Farry did take intro to acting when was at MIT. Well played, sirs.

I think I justified this trip to O Ya by saying that we were going discuss plans for Gary's bachelor party. But really, it was just an excuse to eat really great food. :)

Taken a few weeks ago, but I am positive Rico will be rocking his pinstripes today. :)

And an actual rowing shot. That's a lot of water being displaced.

My glorious self-made Hanson Brother Costume. The "Slapshot" variety, not the boy band!
Somehow I think that when they say "Share the road", they didn't have this in mind.
