Ironman. Major props to Dave, who finished third in the single, and second in the single dash, double, quad and eight. Just a few seconds short of an absolutely astonishing week of racing, but still pretty freaking amazing.

Ilse picked up the first Henley gold of the regatta for RBC. Hopefully a few more to come tomorrow.

Someone has to be minding the store while everyone is in St. Catharines. (Next post will be from Canada). :)
