Sandy in the basin on Monday morning. Giving mother nature top billing so that we don't get an encore anytime soon.

Simmons V8 in the Seven Sisters regatta, on their way to a second place finish.
Very nice of most local colleges to go to the Chase. :)

It would appear that the year away has not hurt Andrew's and Austin's abilities with one oar. Also helps to have teammates who went undefeated the previous year.
My limited analysis indicates that this is the first time in the history of the Regatta that a college has swept the lightweight eights. Well done Harvard and Radcliffe.
And finally, a non rowing shot.

Women's Great Eight! With all three Olympic Medallists in the singles, and a representative from each of the medal winning doubles. If you are having trouble with the math, it's because Kim Crow is both.
And the dudes weren't so bad, either. Medals from the single, double and straight four in London, with a total medal count in the double digits. Not bad at all.

Gevvie being Gevvie. Congratulations on #4! Next year, one for the thumb?

And Go Tech, Go! 5th in the light eight. 20 seconds behind.. USRowing?
