After I said that this workout actually restored some confidence in me for CRASH-Bs, EMP reminded me that this sort of thing does tend to happen if one just follows the training plan, instead of doing silly things such as 5x1k. Mea Culpa.

I guess based on this, I would be doing my 2k at a 35. But I am willing to take requests.

I'd like to point out, for the record, that I never said that I minded being the Riverisde Butler.

I guess it could be a lot worse. But it's still a pain in the ass. Or, rather, in my heel.

To be fair, Pete was there by around 9am for the work party, and he did erg after the work party. And that is why he remains the leading candidate to replace yours trully.

Pete's usually good for at least one of these a year.

For those members of our audience who are not actually from Riverside (there seem to be a few from time to time)...We currently only have one working set of showers, so the women use is from X:15 to X:45, and men use it from X:45 to (X+1):15, for all values of X between 0 and 23. For those who couldn't understand this explanation, sorry, I went to MIT, I am not so good with words and stuff.

There were some lifting workouts too, but I only have so much space. :)

I got to the boathouse at 7am. Whoever the other visitor was, he/she was already gone.

The CD is supposed to be purple. It may appear dark blue on some monitors.

Tom did suggest that I should just use this one, instead. I guess that while my graphics have improved, my sense of humor hasn't. :)
