Bonus wildlife shot. Right next to the sliding dock at Riverside.

I think it's pretty clear that Liane's been a positive influence on Tom. And possibly the rest of us, too.

Trying to be sneaky and shoot with the point and shoot and no flash. :)

Tom and Liane hold up the fruits of Portia, Luke, Lia and Mark's labor at their rehearsal dinner. I actually met Liane before I(or Liane?) met Tom, in the winter of 2001/2002 when she was erging with Margaret at the MIT boathouse. And of course Tom has been one of my best friends at Riverside since the fall of 2002. So let's just say I am incredibly honored and excited to be part of their big day.

For once, no crazy faces are made. :)

Sean is no doubt thinking about the best man speech he has to give this weekend. :)

Amooloo!

So, uhm, Mike, was it humid this morning?

Bonus wildlife shot!

And today, I am in New Hampshire, for the Timberman 70.3. This is what the view from my hotel looks like. Not bad for self timer.

Congratulations Anton and Ira!

Part of the posse

Had to get a shot of the statue--believe it or not, might be the first time I've taken a decent picture of it.

To Aleks' credit, those were index fingers. Nice backsplash!

This is probably right around the time that Anna told Nik that she hired a photographer for this occasion. :)

Apparently, there's a greenhouse at the Museum of Science. Who knew? Picture taken from the waterside.

The light pair weren't the only ones rowing on Saturday. The boathouse is slowly coming back to life.

Margaret gave me a waterproof case for my Digital Elph for my birthday back in 2007. I finally actually used it underwater.

Nice bike, Rob! Foreground, Soloist Team, background S1. Rob's is the newer version of the same bike.

I have a lot of closeups, too. But the framing here was just too perfect to resist.

Ok, fine, one closeup.

Ladies and gentlemen, Dave Dahl.

We'll miss you, Dave!

This South Niagara junior double put on a furious sprint in their final. Only to finish second and start their row back.. And then be told to go back to the medal dock because they did, in fact, win. I think those dudes won the pair and the four, as well.

Some non-rbc imagery from Canada. "Mendota" celebrates their win in the senior men's eight with a perfectly executed midget toss.
