S1 gives you more options--I had mine(well, Soloist Team, the precursor) set up as a TT bike for a year before I got my P3. It's not quite as sport specific, but if it's your only bike, it's nice to have the option to switch it back to a road bike in the offseason. So if it's your only ride, definitely go S1. If you keep your current bike, then definitely P2. :)
